Dr Fei Qiu
Doctor of Dental Medicine (Syd), BSc Mol. Bio. & Genetics (Hons. 1st Class)
Our Principal Dentist Dr Fei (Jane) graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Molecular Biology and Genetics with honours and a Doctor of Dental Medicine. A great listener and easy to talk to, her easygoing personality helps to put patients of all ages at ease during their dental visits.
Jane enjoys working in a family dental clinic and is passionate about all aspects of general dentistry. Her special interest is preventive dentistry, promoting the importance of good oral hygiene for preventing most dental diseases right from the beginning. Her gentle and caring manner goes a long way towards making every dental visit a calm and relaxed experience.
On her days off, Dr Fei is kept busy by her two boys, taking them to sports classes and reading to them all things Pokemon (and whatever the next trendy thing in school will be).
Special interest in Invisalign, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr Rachel Sutton
Bachelor of Dentistry (Syd), Bachelor of Science (Hons. 1st Class, Syd)
Dr Rachel Sutton graduated from the University of Sydney with degrees in Science (Molecular Biotech) with Honours and Dentistry with Honours. She has ample experience in both public and private sector general and surgical dentistry, and working with patients from a very wide variety of backgrounds.
In addition, Rachel was privileged to obtain a residency position with the Department of Oral Surgery at Sydney Dental Hospital, and as such is able to provide surgical treatment for impacted wisdom teeth, perform difficult extractions and soft tissue surgery. She is also able to offer surgical treatment under general anaesthetic.
Rachel is involved in the training of new dentists as a clinical tutor in the extraction clinics, and is adept at treating very anxious patients, helping them feel calm and at ease.
She enjoys keeping up to date and informed with the latest scientific research in dentistry and is a member of the NSW Association of Oral Surgeons, British Association of Oral Surgeons and the Australian Dental Association.
In her time off Rachel enjoys quiet days with her family and three small children.
Dr Tina Nguyen
Doctor of Dental Medicine (Syd)
Dr Tina Nguyen attained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) prior to completing a Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Sydney 2017.
Miss Dorothy Koh
Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy (University of Newcastle)
Since obtaining a Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy with University of Newcastle, Dorothy has been working regionally in Northern Rivers for 4 years, helping patients of all ages. Previously, she practiced in Singapore for 4 years as an Oral Health Therapist, managing multiple local school dental clinics, caring for dental needs of school children.
It has always been Dorothy’s interest to promote oral health and provide preventive dental services to bring about a positive change in the community’s dental needs. Throughout her career, Dorothy has been known for her calm and gentle nature, which has especially helped to make dental visits a lot more pleasant for anxious patients. With commitment to development, she keeps up to date in the dentistry world by attending numerous training and seminars annually.
On the days that Dorothy is not working here, she works with the University of Sydney as clinical educator. Apart from dental knowledge, out of personal interest, Dorothy is trained in Sports & Exercise Nutrition.
