FINANCIAL POLICY

It is Sydney Park Dental’s policy that payment is required at the time of the appointment. If you are unable to pay at the time of your appointment, please notify our friendly staff prior to your treatment to discuss your options and payable methods.

We accept all HICAPS Private Health Insurance claims on the spot, Visa, Master Card, American Express, EFTPOS and cash.

Claim on the Spot

We utilise HICAPS to allow for efficient and easy payment processes when claiming your health fund. This means no more queuing or claim forms to fill in. Please present your health fund card to our friendly staff for the claim to be deducted on the spot, and you will only have to pay the gap. If you do not have your card at the time, the claim will need to be through your healthcare provider.

Sydney Park Dental recently partnered with nib First Choice (includes Qantas Assure, AAMI, Apia and Suncorp), CBHS Choice Network and Westfund Provider of Choice as a Preferred Provider. Respective members will enjoy better value for covered treatments and generally lower out-of-pockets*.

All other health funds are welcome and accepted. We continue to focus on the best long term dental outcome for the community.

Any subsequent 6-month check-up and clean, is gap free for all health insurances or discounted rates if no private health insurance. This offer is available for all returning patients.

X-rays are extra if needed. Sydney Park Dental encourages and recommends periodic dental oral hygiene treatments for our patients.
